It's very easy to get your bank details, you should never use an untrusted website payment. Over 2,000,000 people get their bank account abused at year, by a thief, hacker or worse. But how can it be that it not can be stopped?

Got your Credit Card Information: the thief/s got a "secret" PayPal account or something like that, it makes it possible to take money from your bank account (i will not tell how to get a "secret" PayPal account, to secure it not is going to happen).
Got Your ID: the thief/s would look for a "online loan" website (they take the fastest and most unsecured ones). it can make your poor or worse: Homeless, be careful with your ID!
